That's Hamas' responsibility/problem.
1)They initiated this strong response from Israel on Oct. 7. And the response was not a surprise to them. They should have been prepared.
2)Hamas has received billions and billions in international aid. They've been enough to feed 22.2 million Palis, let alone 2.2 million. Their leaders are billionaires. They have enough to feed the Palestinians.
