I remember that peep show place on Montreal Road. I went up to see what it was about, but decided not to go ahead with anything. I assumed it was no contact - sounds like I was wrong.
I was in Ottawa at the time. Now in Toronto.
It must have been around 1980. There was a hotel in that immediate area [ Dalhousie and Murray IIRC ]
that I am sure is long gone where most of the street walkers hung around . Usually there were so many cars circling the block where the street walkers were that it was slow going. Inside the hotel they had a very dark lounge [ bar ] where there were usually 3 or 4 SP sitting alone, nursing a drink , and waiting for someone to approach. I was too afraid of getting busted on the street by undercover cops posing as SW's so this is where I usually made contact. In one case I went to her place with her and in another case I had her come to my place. Usually you had to rent a room upstairs in the hotel in order to have fun, that was part of the deal. I cannot recall the donation but $40 might be the number for FS. . They also had another bar in the hotel where usually they had a stripper working .
After she had had enough drinks around midnight sometimes the crowd was successful in convincing her to remove her pasties and sometimes even her panties [ which was illegal at the time ].
I was a young guy at the time and often could pick up a lady in the bars without paying for it. Those days are gone, I would rather skip the pre-able now and just pay for it.

Used to drive around on Quest, inevitably would end up at someone's place....good fun.
