What does quality have to do with unions?
Why do you have to pay union workers more just because they are in a union (aka gang)? We can't afford to pay the extortion costs of unions any longer especially in the public sector.

If someone invests in themselves and is good at what they do there will always be a demand for their skills and employers will pay for that because if they don't, their competitors will. People like that don't need unions and usually choose not to be part of one.
Unions protect dog-fuckers and under-achievers...you know that right?
