I have said many times that I believe in a two state solution and I remain optimistic that it will be one day. Bebe is the wrong guy for that but he will be voted out. How can there be a 2 state solution when Hamas is still committed to the elimination of Israel and Jews. Hamas is the only thing keeping Bebe in n power.

I agree. And regrettably a leader like Bebe who is strengthened by Hamas will likely continue in that direction. I have been to Israel many times and your view about what Israelis want is wrong. I have a number of pali acquaintances and according to them the rank and file simply want a better life for their families in a state living side by side and consider the fantasy of Hamas and others which they have been selling for decades is just that and will never happen. Neither of my understandings on either side is scientific but rather based upon conversations.
