Criminal Code states that it is illegal to be nude in a public place "without lawful excuse." That includes nudity on your own property if you are in public view. The charge of indecent exposure may be laid if you expose your genitals to someone under 16.

It is illegal to be nude in a “spa” in Canada but the laws on prostitution in the Criminal Code are not being enforced by LE uniformly across Canada and it is evident that community standards set the tone as to what is tolerated and what there is zero tolerance for.
The municipality that I reside in openly permits brothels to operate and supplies condoms to the sex workers so that nudity of customers would be a moot point. This same municipality in the past five years tried but failed to force the spas to become licensed as body rubs, with an annual licence fee increase from ~ $300 to ~ $ 12000. Finally this municipality has a public clothing optional beach with no age restrictions.

Some RMT’s have been known to venture to the dark side as the allure of extra cash is overpowering.

Big Rig , I suspect your work related travels take you through various municipalities where there is zero tolerance for a ‘“spa “ to even get a business licence to even open let alone for a customer to be found in the nude there with in !
