All that in Colorado, the state of Boebert! Or as I call her in French 'bobette' which means 'panties' 😷
Boebert represents the least populated part of Colorado in the west part of the State. She has absolutely no sway on central Colorado (Denver, Colorado Springs....). It's about time a State stood up to the rancid traitor, otherwise the 2024 election will be extremely violent.

Since Jesse Waters was brought up, Doug Stanhope nearly made him cry like a little girl.

Waters was attempting to get Stanhope into a Hunter Biden bash. Stanhope replied he didn't know who Hunter Biden is then verbally dismembered the host with a brilliant monologue. Waters must have been on the verge of tears as the cut off the interview quick.

This was showcased on the Jim and Sam Show, both fans of Stanhope.

The usual half truths and bs spewing from the fox world.
Judge Michael Luttig, renown conservative appeals court Judge who was on the short list for us Supreme Court, calls the Colorado decision "unassailable."

Hence it should go straight to the Supremes. And ruled on quickly.
Btw, impeachment is not a legal finding, as your friends and colleagues and enemies are the jury, not the impartial jury agreed to by both sides. And the rules of evidence are different. So this bullshit "he was acquitted" is false as impeachment is not a legal trial. And it means the Jan 6 trial needs to move up its timetable, as that is a legal trial. Let the nation know the truth whether he's an insurrectionist, not pundit opinion or other bs.

This will be overturned without question. And I expect Trump would have a decent shot at turning that state red for the first time in decades.

Who knows, maybe the SC would be happier to have him out of the picture entirely.

We certainly find out just how durable the SCOTUS packing is. Is it only obvious to me that the three Trump appointees to the SCOTUS would need to recuse themselves? Any bets they actually will???

Shouldn't the entire bench recuse themselves at this point?
It does seem like such a wild card, the CBC article posted above shows that there are ways they choose to let him run or not and have it look 'legit', so its really their choice. Do they want him gone or do they want him in power to keep their power intact?

The final number will doubtless be zero, sad...

If the argument against electing Trump is so strong, why don't you trust voters to refuse to elect him?

Anyone unhappy with an election, Democrat or Republican, could potentially be angry and even violent. There's nothing different about the 2024 election.

If you don't trust enough voters to vote for the right person and to behave reasonably if their candidate loses, then you don't really believe in democracy.

Four partisan Democrat operatives on the Colorado Supreme Court think they get to decide for all Coloradans and Americans the next presidential election. This is unAmerican and Democrats are so afraid that President Trump will win on Nov 5th 2024 that they are illegally attempting to take him off the ballot. Like the rest of the unprecedented, constant, and illegal election interference against President Trump, this will backfire and further strengthen President Trump’s winning campaign to Save America.
So....the GOP has a problem when four Democratic judges say Trump cannot be on the Colorado ballot, but have no issues with five GOP Supreme Court judges overruling 50 year precedent of Roe V Wade...That is very interesting...

From what I've read, the judges, in their ruling, quote precedent from SCOTUS Gorsuch about how states have rights to decide things like this. It sort of paints him into a corner...

That's the same argument that "allowed" Repugs to lie on the impeachment vote (and the voter did decide, didn't they?) Let's just cut to the chase and send the yahoo packing once and for all...

The judges have to let the Americans vote for the candidate of their choice. Why should four biased Dem Colorado judges, decide an entire election??
I agree.

But Trump is not constitutionally qualified to be a candidate. You have to be eligible to be a candidate - i.e. born in the USA, not a dog or a cat, over a certain age and not a traitor.

Who cares. He, or anybody else, needs to save the country from trump. That's less than a year from now.
Save the country from Trump? The country was doing far better under Trump than it did under Obama and certainly under Biden.

They won't need to recuse themselves that's silly. Maybe you should read the text of the Oaths of Office.
If any of the 3 Democrat activist judges votes to uphold the Colorado decision, their licenses should be pulled.

Trump hasn't even been charged with treason. There is more evidence to charge Biden with treason than there is with Trump.
