I'd like to hear him tell Canadians where auto makers are going to get all the raw materials for these electric cars and how the electrical grid is going handle such a demand for charging. Let alone where all this electricity is going to come from.

Foreign students are provincial, DoFo has cut university funding massively and schools now rely largely on foreign students for funding.
India sends more cash to Ontario universities than DoFo does.
Workers I'm not sure, but I expect that's a combo.
