None would be necessary if Hamas didn't lob bombs and attempt to send suicide bombers into Israel. If they had used all the money to enrich its citizens and country, live in peace with their neighbors instead of building tunnels, and live the life of Luxury in Qatar. If this were the case, they also would have had more help from neighboring Muslim countries who seem to have been doing fine with Israel. You should be looking at HAMAS and the way they have led Palestine into ruins.
