Most of these apartment buildings have pay parking machine (card only), or a sign you can scan and pay online. Somebody at Lees told me the machine at Lees often don't work, leaving online payment the only option.
I try to never park at the provider location. Full disclosure, I have not been to a provider at Lees but I have a suggestion for anyone coming from the east. Park for free at the Blair transit station at the Gloucester Mall and take the train to Lees which is I believe 5 short stops. The highrises at Lees are practically on top of the Lees station. Coming from the west, you can park for free at the St. Laurent station and take the train 3 stops back west to Lees. I know, I know, before anyone jumps all over this, I’ll say it….providing the train is operational

Guess you have never been to any of these places, beds are standard beds on frames...but your call, myself I like beds better than massage tables

key word is paranoia here....most of us are not that paranoid. Each to his own.
I go to Lees like 2-3 times a week. You don't need to pay for parking, or at least I never have, and I've never been ticketed. Only time I was ticketed was when I parked in the spot designated for the building management or something like that.

most all Asians are in that range, though some have C cups...you won't really know until you get there, myself while some Asians are better than others, I've never wasted the $120 at lees
