I'm tired of hockey celebrations...skating by the bench high-fiveing after a goal.

NFL should outlaw all celebrations except for the “Icky Shuffle”.

Similarily, in the NHL, the “Swift Current Shuffle” should be the only one allowed.

Yes, loved that guy. Pure class compared to all the clowns playing today. Act like you did it before!
Guy would often just lay the ball gently on the ground in the end zone and walk to the side lines.

It's happened a few times when the TD scorer is just about to cross the end zone line, but is too busy high stepping/or styling and drops or spins the ball on the 2 or 3 yard line. Dumbest play in NFL/College . . . ( happened in college a few months ago, the play wasn't blown dead and the ball was ran back 99 yards for a TD the other way. Duh !

I'm not tired of the celebrations. Only because I never like them in the first place.

Could you imagine if they did that in baseball after a home run when the batter came and touched home plate? There'd be a brawl every time.

Something spontaneous is fine, like when a guy scores a goal. Even Ovechkin's stick on fire was stupid.

The best was when Orr scored a goal. His stick stayed down and his head stayed down.

NFL football is unwatchable.

I may get tired of TD celebrations if they cut back on the one trillion commercials.

Saw a guy cross himself and point to the big J after a 2nd town tackle at the line of scrimmage. Not a sack. Not a fumble, not an interception... a fucking tackle. Ugh... then again (I AM a huge soccer fan) I can't stand all the same shit in soccer. Especially after a penalty kick goal. You got a freebie... get back to centre and get the fuck back to the game. I digress... I agree, NFL is stupid. Saw the Chiefs all gather around a guy doing a "bench press" after a TD... WTF?! Do these assholes get together after hours to try out some new dance moves like teenage girls? ? Is there time allotted during weekly practice devoted to asshole behaviour?!

Let's not forget how much celebrations have advanced in baseball. Complicated high fives that are customized for each teammate. Hispanic players thanking God, or someone, on a regular basis. Celebrating every HR like it was the bottom of the ninth in game 7 of the World Series. Home run hitters being presemted with a celebratory item(belt, coat, or hat) in the dugout after they hit their dinger.
