What do you mean "At present projections"?That's the point at 7,000,000 it's a hellhole for space rent or was when People wanted to live there. At present projections
The same thing happened to Chinatown though they are technically 2 of them in Toronto. The Chinatown at Spadina and Dundas has a lot fewer Chinese places than it used to. I think there are at most 6 Chinese places today. Most of the Chinese community moved to Scarboroough, Markham and Richmond Hill decades ago.It pains me to say this, but The Danforth is not a Greek town anymore. So there is no point in the taste of Danforth, and the remaining greek restaurants are shit.
There are still a few good ones, just pricey compared to the more simple Mr/Friendly Greek days.It pains me to say this, but The Danforth is not a Greek town anymore. So there is no point in the taste of Danforth, and the remaining greek restaurants are shit.
I've noticed no drop. Whoever compared to those other locations downtown Toronto town is now insignificant. When visitors came to Toronto they asked me If Chinese was official language now Because they got a hotel near pacific mall. The default ATM's in the area for example is Chinese not English Which for Americans was shocking. The same thing happened to Chinatown though they are technically 2 of them in Toronto. I was talking about the drop of Chinese restaurants over the years because there used to be a lot more of them. There used to be a large restaurant near Kensington Market called Hsin Kuang, which I think was built in the early to mid 80's. It was later known as Bright Pearl. That building was renovated maybe 5 years ago and it's now the headquarters of The Scott Mission.I've noticed no drop. The restaurant you mentioned question was closed down for legal reason If I remember correctly. Violated the health code I could not survive the legal ramifications. But I'll take your word out of it that Restaurants have gone down Significantly. I know that downtown Toronto Chinatown is insignifcant versus Markham, Scarborough and Richmond Hill. I also know that ATM's in those areas default to Chinese.
The urban legend with the building was that it used to be a morgue. So it was obviously cursedThe restaurant you mentioned question was closed down for legal reasons.
