It's a disgrace they never named this guy but they have the victim's name, face and her child's pic all over the net.

I agree. If they are going to charge him as an adult then they should publish his name.

Being an incel, I find it interesting that the scumbag chose to attack women who would actually have sex with him. All it would take is a little money. Hope he finds life in prison, very, very difficult.

The Sun published his name. I don't think he'll do the minimum 10 years. The soft justice system we have I'm guessing 8 years then off to a half way house.

If it's first degree murder, it's no parole for 25 years. And it was clearly premeditated - hence first degree.

This is only the second time an offender has been convicted under Section 231 (6.01) of the Criminal Code, which deems murder to be first-degree if it is committed in the course of a terrorist activity, despite the fact the legislation was passed 22 years ago.

In August 2021, Saad Akhtar was sentenced to life imprisonment with no parole eligibility for 25 years. Akhtar fatally attacked a stranger named Annie Hang-Kam Chiu with a hammer on a sidewalk in Scarborough, before walking into a police station and turning himself in. He confessed he was motivated to commit a terrorist attack in the name of ISIS. The offender acted alone.

In July, O.S. will return to court, at which time a sentencing hearing will be scheduled. Provincial Crown attorneys have indicated they will be seeking to have O.S. who is now 20, sentenced as an adult.

Looking like life without a parole application for at least 25 years.

A lot of "incels" say that going to see an escort, "doesn't count" and basically consider it be another form of masturbation.

And he's likely going to get protective/segregated custody since he's a high-profile prisoner. Though from what I've seen in a couple documentaries, it's one step removed from solitary confinement.

I saw a picture of him wearing a Make America Great Again hat. I thought it was a ploy to get off for diminished mental capacity.

I don't know if it's economically viable, and don't want rates to go up even higher then they already are, but stuff like this makes think MP's should have security guards.

Thats why Canadian sex workers should make a strong case for legalization.
The FKK clubs in Germany have very good security, and this idiot with his sword would never have made it past the front door
