The bottom of the ad shows it was uploaded by someone else (Jessica 3386), who looks to be pretty legit. It's possible they may be working together, or sharing an incall space.
Full nude photos like that are usually a strong red flag for me to avoid.

I've met Jessica before, would not repeat. Don't know about Kara, certainly looks really fit, but the body also looks very wrinkly, so she could be an older MILF who has kept herself in shape. But somebody who shows so much nudity in an ad is a definite red flag to me, as Modernman noted in his post:
