I believe they are more mature, are generally more well balanced and have found a way to thrive in the industry, as they are typically in it longer.
They generally enjoy what they do and it makes a better experience for all.
While there are always exceptions, I have found most young (under 27) providers are more focused on getting the bucks and maybe a score. They don’t see clients, they see marks.
As far as I’m concerned, you fine, mature women, keep on doin your thang.

Careful wording is important in the Information Age is all. “Though” is a conjunctive adverb which introduces contrast so can read as a counter to a point meaning “although” and subtle cues like this can send the wrong message to ladies. This is obviously not what you meant or you wouldn’t have made the recommendation!!

It's so frustrating to meet a girl 10 years older than what she is really.
Plus, there are a lot of girls that some of us passed on because they are posting a younger age while we are looking for older ones.
30s is fine, why they need to put that they are "mid 20s" or "late 20s"?
Oh trust me, I do!! I think it’s a huge asset which sets a provider apart and definitely leads to better matches who are consistently pleased at how young we look for our age rather than the reverse.
IMHO and in defence of others this industry can be very hostile towards older ladies and so despite the fact there is a good market for matures, it takes a pretty thick skin to deal with some of the comments. I absolutely understand why someone wouldn’t want to deal with this.
