Had an interesting interview with an applicant this morning for the soon to be vacant Assistant Mall Manager position.

Me: So, you are interested in the Assistant Mall Manager position.
Applicant: Yes, I used to be an assistant store manager at Bed, Bath and Beyond.

Me: What university did you attend?
Applicant: I graduated from TMU (formerly Ryderson).

Me: I have to see you naked, it's SOP.
Applicant: No problem.

Me: Next, I have to take a pic of you naked. It's SOP.
Applicant: Ok, but I have to cover my face.
