Wait, are you calling for the government to step in an regulate who a business may or may not choose to provide service to?

You yell at wait staff, the owner can ban you from the restaurant.

You piss in the ball pit, Charles Entertainment Cheese can ban you from the Family Entertainment Centre.

You say out loud that a certain group of people should be made to nolonger exist, those people can choose not to serve you. I see Michelle's human rights violation hashtag. I would hope someone with an eye on politics would be more knowledgeable about what a human right is or isn't. #haircutsarenotahumanright

Anti-discrimination laws define protected groups. Dummys from Dartmouth are not a protected class.

From the article you quoted, she placed 2nd in a team relay at the NCAA level. Her best individual performance is tied-for-5th. At the NCAA level. She's not even close to the national program, or the olympic team. The trans athlete she tied with ALSO CAME 5th! Outside of football and basketball, NCAA athletics are not the top tier. I mean, this is women's swimming. Penny Oleksiak won olympic medals at 16. If you're not in the national program by 18, you're not a world-class swimmer.

Also: There's no Women's Swimming Pro Tour. Riley used her mid level talent to grift a bunch of suckers out of the money she would never have earned swimming.

I know a trans, he I’m sure believes he is a female trapped in a male’s body. For some reason the only answer he is able to come up with, when asked why his girlfriend is pregnant is because no-one has heard of Lesbians before.

Peter Volosin is a Roanoke City Council Member who says if women want to beat men, they should just "train harder". He also says we should place the burden of trans individuals mental health on our own shoulders as their well-being is more important than ours. And if you don't do those things, you're selfish. "Train harder" is the most ignorant, arrogant, and infuriating response to women saying NO to men in our sports. When you see Volosin on the ballot next election, remember he's anti-woman. Believe it or not, Peter, you don't get to consent to mistreatment on behalf of women. If you have a daughter, I'll be praying for her.
