In my situation, I would need to know if they are couple friendly and experienced.
For me, obviously an ebony with a booty, but open minded and non judgmental.
Physically - love legs and hygiene, mentally for me its how they make me feel (sex is gonna be there no matter what - fck that' s why we are all here) if they can make me feel like I'm the only one there for the allocated transactional time - you will have a repeat customer.

I've been thinking about this a fair bit, especially since reading @LexiLeyla 's post (https://terb.cc/xenforo/threads/let-me-pick-your-brain.813468/). It could probably argued, since it is my super-power, that I've been OVERthinking it. 
For me I think it's roughly as follows:
One thing that often surprises me is how few ladies initiate. I've had a couple initiate and for me that's almost a guarantee (assuming the geography and finances don't preclude it). It could also be a simple follow-up to a visit a week or two later. I can't imagine I'm unique in this. I think most of us respond positively to attention from ladies. Still, it seems to be very rare in the industry.
Just my 2 cents worth.
For me I think it's roughly as follows:
- Attitude - 40%: Is she friendly? Is she nice? Is she kind? Is she respectful? What general feeling do I get from her social media presence or any interactions I may have?
- Rate - 30%: Sadly I'm on a fairly limited budget. Sure, I'd love to see some of the $500+ ladies. I'd love to drive a Ferrari, too, but that's not my reality.
- Physical attractiveness - 20%: Yes, looks matter, but attitude makes up for a LOT!
- Brand - 10%: I'll always be more drawn to sensual than to PSE or kinky, but on at least two occasions I've been proven very wrong by ladies that advertise as PSE or kinky, so this gets a gigantic pinch of salt.

FACTORS THAT CANNOT BE PLANNED AHEAD:

For reasons I won’t get into ( work related) personality and a connection are at the top of my list. Being genuine is right there too. Physical gratification we can get with the majority. Commute time, there and back, also extremely high. I value my time, as such, don’t like wasting it. I am very picky, and patient. I don’t roll the dice much. My signal to noise is over 80%, maybe close to 90%.
While there aren’t all that many that participate here, there are a number. I will follow those that catch my eye. Gauge how they interact, read what they say, for hints that reveal their personalities. Can get an idea about their sense of humor too, when they laugh at comments…maybe there’s a comment about a favourite musician, or food, or A to Z. What words do they use, etc etc.
I do the same on twitter. Look for the same and more. Sometimes it helps say pass, sometimes “we have stuff in common”…or how often do they announce they cancel shifts….there are other things I look for that give away bits of themselves. That help me, decide yay or nay.
I booked an appointment with Amari-Lee at secrets, sight unseen. I had her put a blind fold on me, before I could see her. I was that confident I had read her right. Based off some interactions here, and her presence on twitter alone. The blind fold didn’t come off until close to the end.The connection, unlike any I’ve found in others.
Chemistry, is a bit more challenging and that you don’t really know for sure. There are other things I look for and test for. Never know who might read so…………
