Drawbacks to a white coloured car?

White cars have a lot of pros including better resale value and visibility at night.

However keep in mind both white car and a black cars are the hardest to keep clean since they reveal every little blemish.
yep.
Have owned both. Will never go back. Every speck of dirt, dust, mud especially in winter stands out like piles of coal in a snowfield.

Another reason I don’t like either. Have fun in huge parking lots without using your fob. Esthetically dark grey likely my favorite but if clean cars are important not much better than black. And way down the scale, but I tend not to like being, like everyone else.

My Mom always used to say, way back in the day, "Red is a fire truck, White is a milk truck, Black is a hearse..."

Personally, I would go for the dark grey. Whatever color you get go to Canadian tire and get a spray can of rust proofing spray ( under $20 ) and spray it into the holes under your car doors towards the outer door panels and if you can get at the wheel well from inside the hood area. Ceramic spray on coating is easy as spraying it on and wiping it off. That stuff will keep the winter dirt and bird crap off your car. It will also put a gloss on your car. The dirt just slides off with water.

I like my white car. Small tar spots are easily removed with 70% alcohol. The white interior looks great but can pick up some blue stains from newer blue jeans. I might look for a white car with a gray interior next time.

Lol, I can remember when police cars were yellow. That’s aging myself I guess.

Suspect what color certain emergency vehicles are is similar to parking lots and hundreds of others………

They say, don’t know if it’s true, but certainly makes sense. Red cars get pulled over the most.

I had a white truck with a grey interior.
The best part was when it was parked in the sun the interior wasn't boiling hot.
Not sure why a white vehicle would be a drawback.

I was looking when buying my last car, and most colours other that white are like $600-700 more.
Allegedly for the metallic content to make UV stable colours that resist fading.

I though there were a lot of places more fun to drop $600, so I stuck with white.

White is kind of bland/dull/boring. It means you are a bland/dull/boring guy.

Years ago I drove a canary yellow Camaro. It was a babe magnet. This was in Montreal where there are/were tons of female hitchhikers.

Darts, Great on dates if you can get out of your driveway. Do Johnny Mambo Vertical Air Shocks Air Shocks come with the package? My bland SUV is driveable in Montreal during both two seasons - Winter AND Construction.
Asking passengers to get out and pre-position the black ramps may also break the mood.

One of the advantages of a low hanging car. Just make sure you get out of the car first so you can hold the door open for her.
