I was a bit west of the UofT at around 3:30PM this afternoon. I saw one of the female masqueraders still in full costume (or lack thereof) by herself walking a bit ahead of me. So, I asked: "Is the parade over?" No reaction. Then I drew a bit closer and asked the question again. This time she responded. At this point I was right next to her. The other folks on the sidewalk probably thought I was hitting on the woman.

Anyway, we exchanged pleasantries and I offered her a lift.

Patricia Jaggernaunt (sp) once said that she used to march in the parade but stopped because too many people were taking "crotch" pics.

Beatrice Vaisman is not looking great today. Asking some pretty clueless questions of the parade participants as well.

Beatrice ad-libing with strangers is kinda awful. Poor thing is best staring at the teleprompter or she's ok doing a live hit from a murder scene with cops in background etc.

I like it when female reporters go out in the field as opposed to sitting behind a desk in the studio. Darn, I can't get this theme song out of my head now.
