I am on vacation this weekend so I get Saturday off. I usually work them from choice. I feel guilty if I don't. I read this article in the Globe and Mail years ago by guy with the same thoughts. He went into work Saturday mornings even though it was his day off, for at least half a day just to straighten things out in the office.
I am day drinking now. And creeped out. And spamming terb. Basically fucked. Can't wait to get back to Wal Mart greeting.

I've got my 5 newspapers(including the Globe). Not many papers on Sunday.
I find sunlight on old brick nauseating, especially in the afternoon. But that is any day, not just Saturday.

Me too. Toronto is a bad place if you hate that.

Work something of an irregular schedule. Individual days of the week mean little. Tuesdays feel like Fridays sometimes and Fridays feel like Mondays sometimes.
Do love days off during the week. Lake mostly to myself with no crotch rockets.

Ticking away the moments that make up a dull day
You fritter and waste the hours in an offhand way
Kicking around on a piece of ground in your hometown
Waiting for someone or something to show you the way
Tired of lying in the sunshine
Staying home to watch the rain
And you are young and life is long
And there is time to kill today
And then one day you find
Ten years have got behind you
No one told you when to run
You missed the starting gun
And you run, and you run to catch up with the sun
But it's sinking
Racing around to come up behind you again
The sun is the same in a relative way
But you're older
Shorter of breath, and one day closer to death
Every year is getting shorter
Never seem to find the time
Plans that either come to naught
Or half a page of scribbled lines
Hanging on in quiet desperation
Is the English way
The time is gone, the song is over
Thought I'd something more to say
Home, home again
I like to be here when I can
When I come home cold and tired
It's good to warm my bones beside the fire
Far away, across the field
The tolling of the iron bell
Calls the faithful to their knees
To hear the softly spoken magic spells

;)

Its a great day! St. Lawrence Market open. Always things to do. Today I home bodied, got my clesning done, laundry done, slept in, played Diablo 4, dinner, some online chores, and now a few shows before bed.

Not only you but most of us.

We all think that we will live forever, that is the problem.

Imagine if you knew that today was your last day, would you have time to have a shitty day?

:)
If today was my last day I'd spend it curled in the fetal position crying like a bitch.

Why, because you wasted your life in trivia?

You know that that day is coming, I wish you a long life but that day is coming for sure.

What are you doing to make everyday count as if it was your last?

We all think that we will live forever, that's why we have time to quarrel.

Pick up trash in your hood, I do on my street. Mayor cow isn't keeping the city clean and saying sorry to people who don't pay property tax.

I remember watching a show(maybe 20/20 or Dateline or a cop show)years ago and there was a 911 call. A guy wanted to kill himself, so he shot himself in the head.
But he lived and called 911. Not sure what happened to the guy.
