Walmart has upped the ante. There is now a security guard at the exit wearing a bullet proof vest. Yes children, it is a bullet proof vest! It is comical because she weighs all of 120 pounds, is 5'5", and is actually cute GND. Still, it is a change the granny that use to stand at the exit giving us the blank stare as we leave.

They are only figuring this out now? Corporate intelligence is really at rock bottom.

With rising food prices and grocery stores making record profits, customers are taking their own piece of the pie. Here is a cost savings tip for enterprising shoppers: just enter code for bananas when weighing fruit at the self check out. You’re welcome!

There's a deeper problem they are struggling with. Its not only Walmart but other retail stores too. There's day I prefer self check out and there's day I prefer my bags to be packed.

Recently Lulu lemon won a court case in regards to hiring foreign workers. They are struggling for staff. Its the same across the board for many. Minimum wage works out to be 16.55. Even if these organizations paid more no one is interested in working at Walmart. Maybe as a student, but that comes with challenges since you need transportation to and from. More and more people cannot afford cars and more people are interested in making money on youtube (finding income source from the comfort of home). I put myself through school by working at a grocery store. I'm nearly 50. If I were to ask my niece and nephew working retail jobs they laugh. These labor jobs are getting hard to fill.
