If he is found guilty, he will do 10-15 in a Romanian prison. He ( they - the Bros. Taters ) will be harassed and extorted by the other inmates. When they get out, will they have a pot to piss in? Imagine living the life of excess and then imprisoned then impoverished and made to be the joke of the century.
I don't believe he will be overly harassed because he is a legitimate threat physically. Unless they were to shank him when he's not looking, he will knock out the majority of inmates.
I will always give credit where credit is due, he is a legitimate badass but he's also a legitimate asshole.

Plus since prisons are dominated by gangs, he will most likely join some gang who will be happy to have him join their ranks. Even if he has to prove himself physically which he can very well do.
Unless because of his "celebrity status," he may be allowed segregation from the prison population although being Romania who knows?

That's the jist of it, he probably had no idea he would blow up the way he did and become the world's most googled person when he started yapping his mouth. But it just goes to show how strong his message is that Western governments want to take him down. And it's no coincidence that this happened after he trashed that gremlin-looking eco-warrior. The West really wants to destroy men and masculinity unfortunately for them if they lock him up he will become a martyr for millions of young men and only reinforce their beliefs.
"Western governments want to take him down"??!!???!!??!!!....

I haven't seen any Western governments even notice that Tate's alive. In fact, when one of his victims complained to the British police, they didn't give enough of a shit to investigate and charge him.

Wow Amazing Atheist is still around! The earliest video I remember watching of him was the "Redneck History of America" video over 10 years ago! lol.
I remember him from at least that far back.
My vague memory is he went kind of asshole for a while during the big internal fights in the atheist community and then I didn't see him for a while.
Maybe he just needed to take a break and get his shit together.

Andrew Tate loses appeal against house arrest in Romania as human trafficking case continues (msn.com)

BUCHAREST, Romania (AP) — Andrew Tate, the divisive social media personality and former professional kickboxer who is charged in Romania with rape, human trafficking, and forming a criminal gang to sexually exploit women, lost an appeal on Thursday against a court's earlier decision to keep him under house arrest, his spokesperson said.

The Bucharest Court of Appeal ruled against Tate’s appeal, which challenged a court’s June 23 decision to extend the house arrest measure for 30 more days as the criminal case continues.

That decision was made days after Romania’s anti-organized crime agency, DIICOT, formally indicted the 36-year-old social media star along with his brother Tristan, and two Romanian women in the same case. All four were initially arrested near Romania’s capital in late December, and have denied the allegations against them.

Before the appeal court’s final ruling on Thursday, two judges had disagreed on whether or not to uphold the house arrest measure, so a third judge was brought in to preside over the ruling.

The Tate brothers' spokesperson, Mateea Petrescu, said the judges' initial decision wasn't unanimous and that offered hope even though they lost the appeal, because for the first time since their arrest, "a judge has ruled that the brothers should be allowed to move freely in Romania, without restrictions."

“We consider this to be a great step toward the rightful exoneration of Andrew and Tristan," she said, adding that although the brothers "have suffered important damages to their reputation, they remain optimistic and continue to put their faith in the Romanian justice system.”

In June, DIICOT had requested that judges extend the house arrest measure after the agency filed its investigation. Under Romanian law, judges have 60 days to decide whether the case is sent to trial, but it often takes longer.

Tate, who has been accused of peddling conspiracy theories online and has amassed 7 million Twitter followers, has repeatedly claimed that prosecutors have no evidence against him and that there is a political conspiracy designed to silence his views.

“Very strange that one judge can think the file is garbage and should be dismissed," read a post on Andrew Tate’s Twitter account after the court’s decision, "and another can believe your liberty should remain permanently deprived. Based on the same file? I’ll let you speculate ... I haven’t been outside in 7 months.”

The Tate brothers, who are dual U.K.-U.S. citizens, won an appeal on March 31 to be moved to house arrest after spending three months in police detention.

DIICOT alleges that the four defendants formed a criminal group in 2021 “in order to commit the crime of human trafficking” in Romania, as well as in the United States and Britain.

There are seven female victims in the case, DIICOT said, who were lured with false pretenses of love and transported to Romania, where the gang sexually exploited and subjected them to physical violence. One defendant is accused of raping a woman twice in March 2022, according to the agency. The women were allegedly controlled by “intimidation, constant surveillance” and claims they were in debt, prosecutors said.

Andrew Tate was previously banned from several prominent social media platforms for expressing hate speech and misogynistic comments, including that women should bear responsibility for getting sexually assaulted.

Several women in Britain also are pursuing civil claims to obtain damages from Tate, alleging they were victims of sexual violence.

During their investigations, prosecutors have ordered the confiscation of the Tate brothers’ assets, including 15 luxury cars, luxury watches and about $3 million in cryptocurrency.

It sounds like the judges disagreed on the house arrest issue, not about anything involving the file or charges itself.

So this whole thing is about him luring girls to do TikTok videos using the ''loverboy method'' and then somehow taking the girls money that they have made from the videos.....Huh?..What?...This is what Romania considers human trafficking apparently.

Yet there is no records of any monetary transactions between him and the girls....It gets weirder....The girls have stated that they were not forced by Tate to do anything but under Romanian law that doesn't matter because he used the ''lover boy method'' they were manipulated to do what he wanted and therefore not in control of their actions.

Also no judge has seen any of the evidence yet against him.

I knew little to nothing about Andrew Tate until I watched the Carlson video yesterday. Truth be told I watched maybe 3/4 of it, its far too long. Am I impressed by Tate, not particularly. Does he make some valid points? Certainly. Does he belong in prison? That remains to be seen. I don't think there is a strong case for human trafficking. Coerced girls into camming using the "loverboy method"? That's a hard sell.

He used them to do camming. Not Tik Tok. He himself said that in many self snitching videos in the past and now that he is in trouble he is conveniently changing camming to Tik Tok. lol.

Notice how he keeps saying Tik Tok, Tik Tok, Tik Tok just to hammer home that lie.

This guy is a fucking dirtbag man. He needs to be locked up.

Hear it from the horse's mouth below.

Mind boggling how it goes from web camming to TIkTok. LMAO
