I was at Pigale this evening (monday) around 3.30pm...it was a dead zone. About 4-5 dudes, about the same number of girls who seem totally uninterested. I quickly left after 1 drink.
This reminded exactly like my time I had at Pigale on an afternoon some time in late March- was the first time I had been in a strip club since 2020. There was a handful of dancers, some of who I would have probably taken for a dance, but not one approached me in 30 minutes or really others, other than talking to a few regulars apparently... so I left (As an aside I am more of an MP guy, but did dabble with Pigale and had some decent times).
That being said I went to Pigale at night on a Thursday about a month ago, and I left feeling positive about the experiences. Once 10:00 hit, there was a good number of quite attractive dancers in general (much more than what we generally see in Ottawa MP's) there was some good stage shows by dancers with some "swagger", and had some pleasant sensual dances, on a very fair count, with Khloe who was an Asian - I think she had said Filipino.
So I decided to give Pigale one more try last week when I was in the area at night (wednesday I think). And it was a mess. Maybe 2 dancers on stage between 9:00 and 10:00 at night. Early on I was approached by a dancer called Katalina -- pretty face and body looked great from the front -- I am not a huge ass guy, and her ass was a bit ridiculous in my view. I decided to go for dances and was totally jobbed. We get downstairs and she asks me how many dances I want - I said I usually start with 3 and then decide if I want more after that. So she puts some sort of "timer" on her phone for the 3 dances. So the song has already started, and she gets going. The second song is maybe half way through and her phone timer goes off and she says the 3 dances are up. We are talking maybe 4 minutes of dances, 5 minutes max She asks if I want to continue. LOL. I just give her the $60, shake my head and walk away.
The dances soured my mood for the rest of the night (in combination with no stage shows) and a tad more hit/miss staff in terms of looks. I left after about an hour there. It was a shame because I had a good time the month before -- but it also reminded me why I tended to avoid SC's at times in the past.
