The Judge has thrown it out. They have two weeks to come up with a new one. BBC News - Hunter Biden: Plea deal for president's son collapses in dramatic court hearing
"But during the three-hour hearing, US District Court Judge Maryellen Noreika questioned whether the deal would also provide Hunter Biden with immunity from crimes he could be found liable for in the future.
She said the agreement contained "non-standard terms" and its proposed resolution for the gun possession offence was "unusual"."

Not sure what the issue might be, although the judge appears to think the wording of the deal is overly broad.

IMHO, the Biden lawyers were so anxious to get the "sweetheart" plea deal done, that they didn't prepare very well!!

Wouldn't the fact that they were anxious to get the deal done mean that they work harder on it?

These are large, white shoe law firms with 100's of clerks, lawyer and assistants.

Sorry, I don't trust Hunter's lawyers in the least. They made a fake call to the judge's clerk, to get the whistleblowers testimony to be removed from the judge's files. Luckily, this federal judge Noreika is totally with it, and wasn't influenced by the corrupt Biden administration, to rubberstamp Hunter's "sweetheart" plea deal.

Judge Noreika specifically took issue with the fact that the defense was trying to give Hunter immunity from any charges that would come up in the *future.* When Judge Noreika confronted the prosecutors what Hunter was currently under investigation for, they refused to answer. They also refused to answer if Hunter violated the Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA) Great news

The Biden Crime Family is at it again. According to the Daily Mail, someone from Hunter Biden's attorney's law office called the Delaware clerk pretending to be an attorney for Republican House Ways and Means Committee Chairman Jason Smith. Smith's attorney is Theodore Kittila. The person who lied to the Delaware clerk allegedly asked them to remove the original filing against Hunter Biden in an attempt to remove the 448 pages of congressional testimony from the IRS whistleblowers. Once Kittila found out about the scheme, he sent a letter to the judge: "We promptly contacted the clerk's office, and we were advised that someone contacted the court representing that they worked with my office and that they were asking the court to remove this from the docket. We immediately advised that this was inaccurate," Kittila explained. Judge Maryellen Noreika appears to have reason to believe that Hunter Biden's lawyers were indeed behind the scheme considering she is giving them just a few more hours to explain thereselves or else they will be sanctioned. "It appears that the caller misrepresented her identity and who she worked for in an attempt to improperly convince the clerk's office to remove the amicus materials from the docket," Noreika said. "Therefore, it is hereby ordered that, on or before 9pm today on July 25, 2023, counsel for defendant shall show cause as to why sanctions should not be considered for misrepresentations to the court." Below is whistleblower Joseph Ziegler explaining how investigations into Hunter Biden were always "hamstrung, limited and marginalized..." Obstruction from every angle.

How is pops going to fix this now....
Presumably by Hunter having his attorneys fix up their paperwork and not making dumb drafting errors and by showing up next time better fucking prepared.
