To my understanding the percentage changes if one parent has the child 40 percent of the time. 50/50 custody is the best bet, however, women typically fight for 100 percent and use some of those funds to support themselves. It never goes completely to the child fully. There's no one watching over this which is the silly part. Just like Toronto's vacant home tax. Just fill out the form and say Yes or No. Don't worry we wont look into it. We noticed the lights haven't been turned on but you said it's not vacant. Good enough.
