All reports say Sunday about 6pm. I have seen nothing otherwise. Found (updated) near both the Situation room(closed for construction) and a place where people getting private tours must leave their cellphones. Also near where the VP's vehicles are parked.

It's Basically a high traffic area, lots of people through there. Likely just dropped out of someone's pocket. So the cameras probably won't see it, or if they do and it's a VIP tour guest it will be handled off the books.
