Prigozhin has disappeared for now, likely prepping his next move.
He just issued a statement from 'parts unknown' ala 60's professional style. "And in this corner we have Prigozhin! From parts unknown."

In it he stated that his fully equipped and armed, multi-thousands manned convoy wending it's way towards Moscow, after taking over the southern command at Rostov-on-Don was just a "protest' not a planned insurrection nor a planned coup attempt.

I've got to say that was some protest! Shooting down 6 or so helicopters and planes and killing 12 or so airmen.

Now that Russia have long gone tits up how well has Zelensky's
counter-offensive fared with Putin weakened?
Might
Call me old fashioned but I still think words have meaning.

As Laurence Fishburne would say

Sad thing is that I am sure when you posted this and when Danmand liked you, you both probably thought you were scoring some flaming points when you just ended up playing yourself.

If Pierogi didn't sell his people out like a twat monkey in less than 24 hours, things might look very different.

Putin is in a war that he can not win, this is his way out. This is as transparent as the fake drone attacks on the Kremlin. Putin got his pal Prigozhin to do a fake threat of civil war to divert attention away from the Ukraine war so that Putin has more important things to do like take care of mutineers on home turf. A deal is brokered by Alexander Lukashenko ( the president of Belarus / Putin puppet ) where Prigozhin gets pretty much immunity for be treasonous acts to Russia and then gets to live in Belarus with huge amounts of cash. The Wagner group is pretty much finished in the Ukraine war. Putin loses his ( Wagner group ) dirty deeds done cheap gang but he does not plan to stay any longer anyways. Putin is inviting every malcontent in Russia to come after him for top position because he has shown the people that mutineer's and traitors will not be kidnapped and sent to the gulag, but what other way does he have to get out of Ukraine?

Prigozhin and his Wagner group was on his way up to Moscow and got within a few hundred kilometers and then turned back? The Russian military did not challenge them on the way up or on the way back? Not one shot was fired? Sounds like fake news to me.
I think you're giving Putin way to much credit for thinking that far ahead. I believe this illegal invasion has blown up in his face and he is in complete panic mode.

You must have been worried for your hero when Wagner was heading to Moscow eh?

I don't see Zelensky's military turning on him do you?

Do you know why?

Let me tell you, it is because Zelensky did not order his military into a sovereign country to invade for greed and bragging rights only. BTW, those bragging rights have turned into panic and head shaking.

Putin is doomed after the attempted coup according to many experts. Or it could be
that all their spinning are meant to distract the media from Ukraine's counter-offensive.
Zelensky's job to win the proxy war for the west should be a lot easier now but I have
yet to hear any news reports on swift progress of his counter attacks.

Putin's iron grip severely weakened after Wagner mercenaries march on Moscow

What happens if Putin's reneges on his pledge to let bygones be bygones with Prigozhin?

Can Prigozhin, but most likely his estate launch civil action against Putin?

Which court would settle such a dispute between war criminals and former best buds for life?

I believe the ICC would be suited to handle such civil litigation.

Next on the ICC docket: War Criminal Progozhin vs War Criminal Putin

My bet is on Prigozhin dropping from a window or sipping on a tea meant for permanent sleep.

Unless Putin is ousted, not a chance he lets his former chef survive.

Putin wants an attack on Kyiv from Belarus, Prigozhin must prove his loyalty by leading it.

It would be a suicide mission since the corridor to Kyiv is a cordon of steel. Since Putin is the greatest Judo champion in the universe, why doesn't he fight one of the Klitschko's.

The Sun iz so stoopid, they had Wladimir Klitschko as Mayor of Kyiv.

Burgum statement on Russia’s invasion of Ukraine
February 24, 2022

“We support and pray for the Ukrainian people as they defend themselves against these brazen acts of aggression by Russia and President Putin, which we condemn in the strongest terms possible. The United States and its allies must stand together in support of Ukraine and hold Russia accountable for its unprovoked attacks. This international crisis underscores the importance of U.S. energy security and increasing American production so we can sell energy to our friends and allies versus buying it from our enemies. Our thoughts also are with those of Ukrainian heritage here in North Dakota who are concerned for the safety of their relatives as their homeland is under siege, as well as those North Dakota farmers and businesses with interests in Ukraine.”

June 16, 2023

North Dakota Governor Doug Burgum was asked about what his approach to the war in Ukraine would be if elected President.

"Relative to the Ukraine, I think that folks are right to be concerned that we got to make sure that we got accountability on every dollar that we spend. Essentially we are in a proxy war with Russia. We're doing everything but sending our own troops over there, but yeah we're in a battle, and one thing I'd say for sure we've to make sure this isn't a win for Putin," said Burgum.

Burgum also expressed concerns with Russian President Vladimir Putin having a potential interest in territorial gains elsewhere in eastern Europe.

Sometimes being the world's richest man isn't what it's ass cracked up to be.

Civil War may be ramping up in Syria again. The last thing poor sweet trillionaire Putin needs is a second front. He thought that by mercilessly bombing schools, hospitals and nurseries, he could keep Assad in power. While the Syrian Dictator has been gleefully slaughtering his enemies, he can't seem to do it fast enough. For each opponent he tortures to death, three more rise up. The Syrian situation could cause a major standoff, Allied firepower will block the Russian Air Craft Carrier Admiral Kuznetsov from passing through the Straight of Gibraltar into the Mediterranean. Poor sweet cuddly Vladimir!

Cupcake Putin pulled the Kuznetsov out of the Eastern Mediterranean after three Allied Carriers started to close in on it. It returned to port in Murmansk.
