Again, this thread is comedy gold, a bunch of grown-ass men tripping over themselves to defend someone whose main audience is teenage "incels".

Says a lot about some of this board's members.

I think that his greatest appeal is to young men worldwide, incel or otherwise, due to the manner in which he expresses himself. Some of his content appeals to an even wider audience.

If his audience was primarily incels, I don't think he would have achieved the level of social media success that he's garnered.

During his webcam business days, his customer base would have been middle-aged men (likely American and Canadian) fantasizing over any one of his flock of 70+ webcam girls.

It's always up to the grown folks to figure out what the truth is.

I've seen videos from both her and him dealing with this subject. She's stated that she got in touch with him because she wanted to know more about pay walls and creating website content. He suggested she come to Romania for a visit. I believe she was either in Croatia or Germany at the time. Anyways she agreed and he flew to Romania. She said they spent a day where he showed her the sites...The castles and history. She flew back the next day I believe. He when asked directly on a podcast if he slept with her said no. He said she was a very nice person and he was impressed by her. When pressed about whether he was being truthful that he didn't sleep with her. He laughed and confirmed once again that he didn't. He said the visit was both business and site seeing.

I like Mikhaila. She's doesn't have the intelligence of her dad but is more relatable. She doesn't try to pretend to be anything that she is not. Dude you seem to be the one who probably has a poster of Tate over your bed and wishes you can be him. The rest of us wouldn't change places with him under any circumstance. As for me personally, I'm free, I have all my cars still and assets, why on earth would I want to be a loser locked down in my home with everything I've ever earned taken away?? Well, maybe he can win. Maybe the Romanian cops won't quite make out their case or the witnesses will indeed recant.

But he just appears to be vile. His comments about women and how to exploit and manipulate them are stomach-turning. He's extremely aggressive and browbeat the woman reporter. He's an arrogant thug. He's probably did everything he's accused of, simply because he appears to be sociopathic and nasty.

I can't comment on your psychoanalytic summary, as you seem to know more about Tate than most of us do.

But if he is a young man seeking validation from a supportive successful father (before his passing), there's not really anything sad about that. It's kinda how many close happy nuclear families operate.

Unfortunately like so many things these days, what was once considered normal is deemed archaic or alien today, even though they're perfectly fine.

Perhaps it's the outgrowth of so many fatherless households, which is a real tragedy.

Yup, I'm jealous of him. I'm sure the women he doesn't force himself on are either quivering bundles of low self-esteem, daddy issues and borderline personality disorder or young, naïve and star-struck.

Sex offenders whose crimes involve minors don't tend to do well in prison. I'm not sure what the penal system in Romania is like but if it's anything like it is in North America, he'll probably be in segregated/protective custody.
