I think I heard the Norwegians have equipment that can raise submarines.

According to Google the maximum depth for a military sub is 5,000 feet, and most subs can't dive anywhere close to that. At 12,500 feet down I'd be surprised if the Norwegian equipment could do the job.

I think the only hope is that their communication equipment has failed, but they're bobbing on the surface somewhere and the search planes will locate them.

If they're on the ocean floor I'm afraid they're done for

If the submersible is located somewhere on top of the Titanic
wreck at this time its crew will still stand very little chance to
survive. It is going to be real tough for a submarine to pull off

Being a thrill seeker by nature, I love dangerous activities and sports. There are however some things I simply won't do. Skydive, bungee jump, take a rocket to space or a vessel to the bottom of the ocean. Oh, and have unprotected sex with a stranger.
