Over the years, we have had "experts" show up in here and dazzle us with their "expertise ". Usually it takes a couple of days to see through it. Now we have you, a legal "expert". I maintain that this case against Trump is political interference in the election. You say this is a real case- you would know as a lawyer, eh? So, explain why I'm right and you're are wrong. What is the "elephant " in the room? What makes this case a sure thing for overturning on appeal, if Trump is convicted?

The infirm old man won the election. Would you prefer a dictatorship or monarchy where the leader just is and no one has a say?
Also, do you think a former president should be above the law? If not, but you don't think these laws should apply, which ones should?
Trump will have a chance to defend himself in court and it will likely be public for everyone to see the evidence. If the case is weak and inappropriate, he will be validated, be able to sue for billions, and almost certainly win the next election. But if he's actually guilty of crimes, shouldn't he face the consequences?
Lastly, there's no way you really think most of the world is leaning towards BRICS unless you've lost your mind. The last UN vote on whether Russia should leave Ukraine was 141 in favour, 5 opposed and 35 abstentions, with Brazil voting in favour and only Russia out if the other BRICS countries voting against. Very clearly most of the world is not leaning towards anything Russia's involved in, with some of Russia's own BRICS allies distancing themselves.

Tossed and turned all night with little butterballs dancing in your head and you wake up this morning all wired up again after the Butterball behind bars nightmare was the last thing you remembered. I don't have a song this morning to calm you down but it's ok. Remember before Butterball announced his run and was leading the pack, you would say why do we bring him up, he's gone? He will be replaced by Desantis who is younger and smarter.
