The question is, do you seriously believe Romania has held him this long to turn around and say, "Sorry mate, here are your cars back, we made a mistake. Go on, go at it and have fun"

Add in the fact he's mouthing off and pretty much challenging the Romanian authorities, knowing if they let him go he's going to go off like the narcissistic SOB he is, come on, you really believe he's going to be let out without any charges?
Dude you mouth off all the time on here...You'd think you would appreciate him.

I know you will always believe that.
It might even be true.
We may get evidence that the cops never had anything and faked the whole thing because the Matrix told them to do it.

But you will believe that no matter what happens, so it doesn't really matter.
I'm kind of a big believer in showing me some evidence.....So there's that.

Whereas the envious soy crowd on here is quick to judge.

Yeah there's that little thing called the presumption of innocence and all......

But let's forget about that right?
Dude, it has been explained to you about 100 times in this thread that the Romanian justice system is not similar to the Anglo-American one. There is no presumption of innocence in Romania.

At least try to comprehend what the better informed people around you are telling you. 😼

I had a conversation with some members a few months ago, back when Orry was "suspicious" that the charges against Tate were concocted, but was still open-minded. We both figured that he would get angrier and angrier and more and more convinced that Tate was innocent and that the "soy boys" and the "woke mob" were railroading him. And bit by bit exactly that took place. It's how Orry's mind works. He gets angrier and angrier and more and more convinced that there's a conspiracy against whatever idea or person he likes.

There is nothing like waking up to the smell of irony early in the morning.

"Evidence" and "The Oracle" are so antithetical to each other as to induce uproarious, knee-slapping, laughter.

Thanks for my morning jollies "Mr. big believer in evidence!"

ROTFLMAO!!!

He might well.
If they don't think they have the evidence (for whatever reason) I don't expect them to make shit up to get him.
They might say they just don't think they can make the case. They might bring it to the judge and the judge decide the only charges worth sticking with are the lesser ones.
All kinds of things.

I agree that it is extremely unlikely that they just let him go and say "It was all a mistake, there was never any evidence at all - he's Top G" but that isn't really relevant to what his fanboys will say.

I don't think it's a shakedown. If that was what was happening, the Romanian officials would have taken their payoff and then conveniently said that 1 of the witnesses fled the jurisdiction or they lost some forensics or some face-saving shit like that. Or they would have concocted evidence and pushed to trial to up the pressure for that payoff I just mentioned. Neither of those 2 things have happened.

Orry doesn't analyze things. He just perceives the world as a series of terrible injustices inflicted on him and the people in the news that he likes.

No there isn't.
That's not how things work in other justice systems.
But the challenge was made to me and that is what I believe in. Therefore that is what I stated.

If you and your acolytes on here wish to support a belief system that allows for detention without cause then so be it.

At least you guys own it I suppose.

The first would have only happened if the shakedown was successful, though, right?
I suppose if it was a pure shakedown, they could have done the second, but then wouldn't the judge and lots of other people be in on it?
If it was a shakedown by just one group of cops, they may not have been able to make up plausible evidence that would convince the other people involved in an investigation and prosecution.

What does "the presumption of innocence" have to do with that?
"Presumption of innocence" is specific to a type of legal procedure.
Are you just saying that every legal system not based on Anglo-american procedure is invalid?
