A Florida woman launched her car off the ramp of a tow truck parked at an accident scene. Happened in Georgia.

Well that answers a lot of questions. The mistake driver made is going right at the last minute.

I hope they are well. The other car beside her took off.

Understandably the driver was likely distracted by all the activity on the opposite side of the highway and the black ramp up also likely blended with the pavement . I don't see any warning lights on the tow truck but you can't tell from that angle what if any lights or safety markers are on the flatbed. There should have been a troopers vehicle parked behind the tow truck with emergency warning lights on.
