Obstruction of justice is the biggest difference between Trump VS Biden/Pence.
B/P said it was an oversight and cooperated fully once it was found out.
Trump lied about having them, lied about how they got there (initially said aides, now says he did it because he could (false)), then refused to turn them over, then returned some and testified under penalty of perjury that was all the docs (false), got subpoenaed and still didn't turn them over, thus the raid. Trump's lies and obstruction looking at 20 years. Biden/Pence cooperation gets them a wag of the finger.
