I can't say that I am surprised. It was in early 1985 and lasted a few weeks, then disappeared.....much like the J. Geils Band itself.....
J Geils Band was quite popular in the 1970's, receiving a lot of FM radio airplay and selling a decent number of albums.

J Geils Band discography

They were best known for their live shows. They usually performed in large venues, but frequently as the support act for big ticket artists, or on a double bill with another band who were comparable in popularity. The 1981 Freeze Frame album was their commercial peak, but Peter Wolf went solo before the band's next album.

Before becoming famous as a comedian and actor, he was a graphic designer, who designed over 40 record covers for bands such as America, Poco and Steely Dan. He also designed the Celtic-style logo for Crosby, Stills, and Nash. Who?

What song sampled the spoken beginning - that is "5,4,3,2,1.... Thunder Birds Are Go!" of "The Thunder Birds" theme song?
