The same targets are used again and again. When I was young in the 70's, gay men were portrayed as groomers and pedophiles. The right simply updates the conspiracy theory. So now it's trans people or trans doctors or whoever the fuck they sort of argue it is, over the table-pounding.
It used to be Jew-hate. Now it's "Soros" and the woke billionaires. But we know who they really mean.... Jews.
Muslims will come back into fashion as targets - maybe. There are getting to be too many Muslims to do that in Canada anymore though. They are now 2.5% of the population and concentrated in certain ridings and they're a growing population. So PeePee might stay away from Muslims. When a couple of the non-usual TERB righties started into 2016-era anti Muslim rants a couple of weeks ago, it definitely struck me as weird and out of date.

There have always been people who wished that they were in the body of the other biological sex. It's normal. Get used to it.

Each case needs its own diagnosis. Saying there are valid cases doesn't mean all cases are valid. When someone has an ulterior motive (like being at the top of a field they had no previous success in, getting a lower sentence in a court case, being a male sexual predator with more access to females, gaining vast amounts of attention, etc) there's good reason to be sceptical.
I'm sceptical.
