I've kind of been following this. Is he claiming he was stopped and she ran into him. I'm no fan of hers but I think he's bullshitting. I wouldn’t pay if I was her anyway, even if she has a 200 mil net worth.

No video footage. Just one eye witness who's his friend. It's a he said, she said kinda thing. If he loses, he's fucked royally because she's counter suing for legal fees, probably 500k.

She is suing for $1 and court fees. So that is 501K. LOL.

I think people with millions and millions of dollars are faced with frivolous law suits on occasion, I'm sure the accusers hope for an out of court settlement...

Frivolous, he's looking for a pay day.
He texted his daughter: "I'm gonna be famous!"

Great. Now she can go back to selling cook books and aromatic vibrators.

Unless the crazy Doc comes back and APPEALS. HE CAN APPEAL like AMBER HEARD.

The dude is rich and bored as hell. That is why we saw this case in court. He needed attention.

I'm surprised she won. Neither parties had good evidence. I was expecting no fault / both parties / inconclusive. Specially since they needed 8 out of 8 jurors to concur.

I had very little respect for Paltrow for her goop nonsense and quackery.

However, I watched a few direct and cross examinations in their entirety.

Lawyers did not strike me as very experienced trial lawyers. Didn't help either side.

However, Paltrow's testimony was consistent and congruent with the physical evidence and what one would expect in the skiing situation.

The plaintiff was a narcissistic liar through and through. His story about the accident was clearly exaggerated bullshit and not consistent with anything except hsi own story that was full of holes. His own Doctor's reports and attention seeking Facebook posts contradicted his malingering.

Didn't surprise me one bit that the jury completely exonerated Paltrow and placed 100% of the liability on the plaintiff.

Will be interesting to see how the costs get played out. Especially since the Plaintiff certainly seems to be wealthy and his lawsuit was completely contrived.

I'm happy that Paltrow fought this parasite. Probably cheaper to settle than to go to trial but she wanted to protect her integrity. now all she has to do is shut down her quackery practice!
