You can't claim judges are biased because the other party appoints them - in this case, 30 years ago by an administration in a totally different era. There's a presumption against bias. If that were not so, all Dem litigants would complain about all GOP-appointed judges and vice versa. The system functions with judges who are appointed by politicians from both parties, just like it does in the USA or in Canada.
And no, Trump didn't sue Hillary Clinton. He sued Carroll.
