Nope people are not. People are either transferred within the same firm, or they come here and search for a job.
bullshit
people are placed international on a regular basis
those companies would not exist otherwise

International students are physically present in Canada.
4 years to acquire a job offer

You have zero arguments and you are talking outta your ass.
i have presented a huge number of facts and very sound logic
it is not my fault you are void of economic understanding and allow you ideology to do your thinking for you
i can not help you if you insist on remaining ignorant

your priorities are ideological
learn some economics

the facts just keep mounting up against your ideologically driven position
again try applying logic /facts/ sound judgement before allowing your ideology to determine dictate your position on an issue

your ignorance is confusing you

it is a problem which requires fixing via upgrading the skills of the workforce
bringing in millions of unskilled immigrants is only going to make this issue worse

this is not about assigning blame you moron
immigrants with the in-demand skills can be a big part of the solution
it is about addressing an issue and not making it worse

Given skills are a requirement to obtaining a job offer & given Canadas growing productive problem de-prioritizing the value of a job offer was most defiantly the wrong thing to do

we have skilled labor shortages so we need MORE skilled immigrants matched up to the in-demand skilled job vacancies

Adman Hussein greatly increase the volume , yet our productivity is still too low and the number of skilled job vacancies is too high
neither metric is improving, and our housing shortage/ strain on health are just getting worse
so we need to match immigration to the skilled job oppourtunities

i have presented a huge number of facts and very sound logic
it is not my fault you are void of economic understanding and allow you ideology to do your thinking for you

We are not bringing in unskilled workers. We are bringing in skilled workers.

We have skilled labor shortages which these skilled workers will fill.

Despite increased immigration, we still have a shortage. So we are not having enough immigrants come. So we need more. Bring in more.

BTW you are talking about "in demand" positions again. Okay time for specificity again. Take the 53% shortages across small and medium business, split them by sectors/industries and then by specific job positions and tell me how many positions are open and then tell me how many of those specific skills do the 1M immigrants have and lets see the difference. DETAILS, DETAILS, DETAILS.

Dont have the details? Dont have specific data? You have no argument. Your statements mean jackshit.

And in you go where you belong:

not true, otherwise our productivity would be increasing not decreasing
We have skilled labor shortages which these skilled workers will fill.
not true or there would be evidence the shortages are easing, which the liberal govt would be highlighting at every chance

Despite increased immigration, we still have a shortage. So we are not having enough immigrants come. So we need more. Bring in more.
repeating what does not work is the definition of insanity
doubling down is straight jacket thinking

unsubstantiated bullshit
Immigration fraud is rampant often targeting people from developing countries who are aspiring to come to Canada or the US. Secondly, if they can search and get a job from abroad, they can come here and do the same as long as they have the skills, which is what is happening.

If our productivity is low it is because the majority of Canadian workers who make up our workforce are not productive for whatever reason. Not the faults of immigrants.

Immigrants are highly skilled and we are prioritizing those skills as we should. The shortages are not easing because we dont have enough people to take all those jobs, so we need MORE immigration.

And dont forget immigrants can work in any job they choose to. Its part of their personal freedoms protected by the charter. Try violating it and you will end up in jail for trafficking.

And no, you made the claim about in demand positions not being filled by skilled immigrants who are just apparently working as ubereats drivers. So, prove it. Show me what those specific in demand positions are, show me the corresponding skills of the immigrants that are being utilized elsewhere. And no, I am not going to google search a damn thing. You dug your hole. You fill it up.

Dont have data? Shut the fuck up and stop talking outta your ass. You have no argument, no data to back up your moronic claims. You cannot make a simple logical argument without contradicting yourself every 30 seconds and you wonder why the Canadian workforce is not very productive. You are Example A. No WONDER we need skilled immigrants to make up for nincompoops like you.

If you cared to read my posts and put aside our differences on Russia you'd see you actually agree with me on a lot of things. Just saying.

So, what happened?

Did a twister cause a wooden beam to conk you on your noggin and then lift your home into the sky and transport you to the wonderful land of Russia propaganda and lies?

If so, just click your ruby red Russian house slippers 3 times and repeat after me, "There is no place like reality, there is no place like reality, there is no place like reality."

None of that. Its actually called not buying into propaganda which people in the west are subjected to on a daily basis. We truly live in a bubble.
