The Nashville shooting is going to have unimaginable repercussions for the trans community. For months now fox has been pushing an anti trans agenda to fuel the hate from their base mich like they did to blacks, then Mexicans then democrats and jews, anti MAGA Republicans and now it's the trans turn. First it was outrage over trans competing in women's sports - although not one 'concerned' conservative can name 10 active female athletes, but this issue is of upmost importance to them. Then it's stories of people helping lost teens and preteens and helping them accept themselves and keeping them from suicide while a bunch of backwoods racists bags of shit tell them they are freaks and wrong. i guess in redneck logic democrats and trans are worse than blacks and Mexicans because they choose to be thst way. Rednecks are a small minority in the world yet they feel its necessary to tell the whole world they are wrong not to be like them . The united states is the only country in the world that has a main political party based purely on redneck ideals. I will be honest and trans and boisterously gay people creep me out a but but it's none of my fucking business just as much as I wouldn't want then telling me I'm wrong not to be like them. You see some people are intelligent enough to understand trans should not compete against biological women. They should either continue to compete against men or have their own category.

We don’t have a clear motive yet but it we know that the shooter, a former student who is trans, returned to The Covenant School, a private Christian school, and went on a shooting spree that ended in suicide by cop.
My first guess is that the shooter was made to feel like shit about herself for being trans by the staff and students at this school during the time she was there because they are a bunch of religious bigots so she came back for revenge.
It doesn’t excuse murdering people but this sounds like a case of chickens coming home to roost.

My big issue that the numbers of cases where there are trans women (or the hypothetical man who pretends to be trans just to win) is so insignificant it's a non-issue. It's just like the freaking out about trans people in washrooms where all the criminal cases they bring up are men who aren't trans wearing a dress to do their crime.
I also find it funny that many of the people freaking out the most about the feelings of women athletes show very little interest in what women think (unless it serves they agenda).
p.s. anti-trans agendas will decrease over time, just like the vast majority of white people have learned not to use the n-word in public.
