Second link is more descriptive with video.
“First of all, ‘Uneducated massive giant p***y. Very, very pain focused.’ That’s what he said about me,” said Munro.

Other comments included, “So second, he lives in Merritt and he has no license. Would not be surprised. His uneducated lowlife style led him to a DUI,” and “As I said, redneck hick to death, uneducated, seems to fear his own shadow (sic).”

“I read the report and thought, ‘This isn’t right.’ Tell me what kind of person would want to go back to the guy if he is treating patients like this. It’s unthought-of [and not] even remotely professional,” said Munro.

Another reason for me not to comply with my family doctor's
recommendation of colonoscopy.
You should definitely get it done. This is not wise. I got my first when I was 35 because of a GI issue I had, and they found 2 benign polyps, which are the kind of polyps that grow into cancers. Colon cancers are extremely preventable and as you get older you need to have them checked.

So did that GI issue go away after you had the polyps removed? Did
your colon function better after the procedure?

What? That is different to humiliating and abusing a patient.

The colon functioned properly before as well. The thing is colon cancers grow slow and grow unnoticed. Highly preventable but very necessary to get a colonoscopy done. Go book one. The prep sucks, but its necessary.

As long as he doesn’t wink and lick his finger before your prostate exam or linger to long and moan when checking the testies it’s all good.

jalimon's Doctor: OK jalimon, I just need you to bend over and I'll insert this special thermometer in your rectum.

jalimon: But I'm only here to have my shoulder looked at.

jalimon's Doctor: I said, Bend Over.

What could my report possibly say?
Spunky1 shaved his ass and balls , probably going to see an sp or mpa after this.
Hershey highway nice and clean with only a trace of an old cornchip most likely from taco Tuesday 1997 stuck to the interior lining. If removed He’ll probably ask to keep it to show his friends. Sphincter elasticity 9 out 10 on the rector scale. Asked for more sedation , as he was getting dressed to leave……

I understand tumors and polyps in the colon could only be
detected by colonoscopy . I also think it is reasonable to ask
possible impact of colonoscopy on the type of colorectal
disorders underlying the physician's recommendation of
the procedure. A patient suffering common disorders
like Irritable Bowel Syndrome, Inflammatory Bowel Disease and
Pruritus Ani could be concerned about further deterioration of
symptoms into cancer for instance. In such case it is legitimate
to ask if polyp removals will fix or worsen the symptoms they are
experiencing.

Yes but colonoscopies are preventative. IBS is just a syndrome, it is not a diagnosable condition. I think polys should be removed especially in cases with IBD as they stand a higher chance of those polyps turning into cancer if not removed.

So I presume colonoscopy can prevent worsening of IBS and IBD into
colon cancer but for patients of these disorders the procedure of removing
polyps won't do a thing to lessen their symptoms.

This is not meant to dissuade people from colonoscopy but to note that
people particularly those with sensitive guts might feel less motivated
to have something solid sticking into their butt hole to arrest deterioration
of a disease the procedure cannot cure. You have to understand patients
of IBS can be very sensitive to anything that comes into contact of the
inner linings of their colon. A variety of otherwise healthy food can easily
trigger diarrhea in them.

IBS does not turn into colon cancer. Typically IBD increases chances of cancer but does not cause cancer. Colonoscopies do not prevent both these conditions from happening. IBS is a syndrome, not a disease. IBD is auto-immune, nothing you can do about it.

Polyps on the other hand can turn into cancer. In a majority of cases they dont (95%), but in 5% of cases they do and the most common polyps are also the kind of polyps that can turn into cancers.

And why does IBS prevent someone form getting a colonoscopy? It is typically done in sedation. You don't feel a thing. Its over in about 20 mins and you don't even feel pain after.

I think anyone that has a IBD knows that they are at a higher risk for certain cancers and prone to other ailments . Most IBDs are diagnosed with a colonoscopy.
