Best time to take pics at a nude beach is early evening when there is still daylight and all the normal people have left. You'll notice from the long shadow in the pic that it is evening.

I don't see much hitch hiking in Toronto. Montreal, especially with all their transit strikes, was full of hitch hikers.
My friend and I would ride around Montreal looking for female hitch hikers and there was no shortage. There's not much room on a motorcycle so the woman on the back has to sit tight to your back and press her breasts hard against your back.
