Probably because it's not a legit lawsuit. I doubt parents have legal standing to enforce school board rules - especially when the rules don't actually appear to exist.

It will be interesting to see what this guy does once he is no longer employed by the Halton School Board. I believe he is leaving after this semester ends. If he keeps dressing this way after he leaves the board then I might agree with you; I don’t think he will though.

In Halton it hae become a non-issue. I have no idea what ios motivating this person but you are giving him the oxygen he may well crave. This is a single isolated case that you and your friends have blown up into something much, much larger tha it should ever have been.
