You are the biggest troll on this board always instigating hateful racism.Do you have or thinking of getting a gas stove?
U.S. considers gas stove ban. Will Canada? | CTV News
Yes, in your own f**ked up mindRegardless of ethnicity/religion/culture I think bride/wife/widow burnings are deplorable. Apparently, this practice is still happening.
All of the above. Is it racist/bigoted/politically incorrect to condemn bride/wife burning?
Here are the facts. You are free to present your own facts, if you want to have a fact based discussion.Yes, in your own f**ked up mind
You conveniently omitted EI in this thread. So now you change your tune after being called out....lolHere are the facts. You are free to present your own facts, if you want to have a fact based discussion.
"8,000 women die each year from bride burning, with several thousands more injured from ‘kitchen fires’ that are most likely intentional."
Bride Burning | Rights Universal
But, the science seems to suggest that gas stoves do emit some dangerous particles....but the US is not seriously considering a ban on gas stoves. It was some commissioner talking about a hidden danger, but there are no plans.
Yes, but so does burning toast in your electric toaster. But, the science seems to suggest that gas stoves do emit some dangerous particles.
As I mentioned earlier, I condemn bride burning regardless of who does it. The links I posted from external parties does mention ethnicity but this seems to upset some folks so let's just focus on the issue and not the ethnicity. You conveniently omitted EI in this thread. Then the question is how much and how dangerous? One can say that being outside on a sunny day is a risk for skin cancer.Yes, but so does burning toast in your electric toaster.
I am not falling for your tolling....have a wonderful evening. AdiosAs I mentioned earlier, I condemn bride burning regardless of who does it. The links I posted from external parties does mention ethnicity but this seems to upset some folks so let's just focus on the issue and not the ethnicity.
So, the issue is do you or do you not condemn bride/wife/widow burning?
Exactly. Which is why there are no plans to stop the sale of gas stoves or the forced replacement of them. Then the question is how much and how dangerous? One can say that being outside on a sunny day is a risk for skin cancer.
I was thinking he was being sarcastic. They just leak radiation occasionally. No biggie
We should just cook all food in microwaves. Better for the environment.

I didn't know that microwave ovens were still a thing. With the exception of the office kitchen I suppose. Which come to think of it, pretty much says it all.
A lot of people are under the misunderstanding that microwave ovens are somehow radioactive and/or harmful.
Microwave ovens use electromagnetic energy to agitate water molecules and thereby raise the temperature and cook the food. This type of energy/transmission is not the type to interfere with DNA and does not have enough energy to knock electrons out of atoms or otherwise damage cells any differently than boiling them would. And the microwaves are so weak that just a basic sheet metal box is all that is needed to contain the energy. Unlike ionizing radiation that requires lead shielding.
X-rays and radioactive fuel/weapons and even smoke detectors use ionizing radiation. Ionizing radiation can alter atoms and molecules and cause damage to cells in organic matter.
They are not dangerous and are a very efficient way of heating water and foods. Of course, a microwave oven is not the best for cooking all foods. Nor is frying, boiling, searing or slow cooking. But I find my microwave really useful. I have a Panasonic Genius microwave with a modulated inverter power source. So that means I can defrost or regulate cooking by a reduced power delivery rater than it going off and on every few seconds.
Microwaves are still "a thing" but many new condos have minimalist kitchens and don'y have the ubiquitous OTR Microhood
I realize that microwaves ovens don't pose any real danger. Hence why I ended my post with Same with wifi, TV signals, radio, etc.I was thinking he was being sarcastic.

You didn't know that gas ovens with pilot lights were still a thing either. Which come to think of it, pretty much says it all.I was thinking he was being sarcastic.
