I know some sp who also do a lot of sb who make way more then 80k. For them there is no difference from sp or sb.
To be a successful sb only you really have to stand out. Guys that have the means to spend a few k per month demand perfection, physically and mentally. They won't cope with prima-donna type. If they are to bring a girl down south for a week she must be fit and funny.
I spent about a year on Seeking. At first I was searching for those perfect girl but soon realised it's like 1 on 100 profiles and that they are really demanding up front. Out of hours of searching only one accepted to see me as pay per meet. But after one meet she told me 2 guys, who were friends and rich investors, ask, and paid, for her exclusivity. These fuckers were actually paying her as a 'fitness trainer' consultant so she was able to legalize her fiscal status by declaring part of it.
I remember telling her to save up because that kind of revenue won't stay long as she age. She was 24 making between 200 to 400k per year...

But she has neither a job nor a business. She simply receives gifts of money.
It's not as though she sells sex by the hour.
It's expensive for the man usually as the woman is almost guaranteed to walk away with custody (which comes with child support) and usually alimony.
IMO, if it's pay-per-meet then yeah no difference from being an SP but the up shot is she gets to be wine and dine plus she can be a lot more picky.
On the other hand, if it's pay for exclusivity then it's definitely the guy wanting to "feel" something more than the physical. Like a "true" GFE, you know: cuddle after sex, do & experience things together, more connected personally (all on his dime of course). It's obvious these guys can afford it so they'd do that.
