I'm not clinging to anything.

I would say right now the evidence leans stronger to the possibility that he is guilty of these charges, however a well orchestrated shakedown is not something that should be completely discounted either
But he’s not saying it’s a shakedown. He’s saying that he is being silenced by the matrix and this is the 2nd step with the third being death. 😂😂😂😂😂

A shakedown would actually be (slightly) more believable that Tate’s whole Keanu Reaves narrative…but that’s not what he’s saying.
🤣

If it was one or two women, I would be less inclined to jump to conclusions but when it starts to get up to 6 which id the number I read, that starts to show a pattern of behaviour. At least in most situations.
I would definitely agree that the probability is that he is guilty of rape and human trafficking, but we'll have to see what the jury says about it.....

What really interests me about this case is that the Romanians still remember what it was like to be ruled by an absolute asshole (and his bigger asshole wife). They tried and dealt with those assholes 33 years ago: by firing squad.....

If found guilty, I have no idea how the Romanians will deal with the current assholes: because the charges are VERY serious.....

I don’t have a quote but I read the same thing somewhere: 5 of the women were European/Romanian and 1 was American. The trouble for Tate apparently started with the American girl because she was able to reach out to her boyfriend back in the US and inform him that she was being held against her will. That led to the US Embassy’s contacting the Romanian Embassy and it looks like that is what started the whole investigation.
2 Brit’s, 2 American and 2 Romanians. That is what I read.

EDIT: I was wrong. From the article below

The women include one American, one Moldovan and four Romanian nationals.

I found where it said that 6 women were mentioned but haven't found the American girl and boyfriend connection. Link that if you can please.

Andrew Tate who was arrested in human trafficking and rape probe 'kept six women under house arrest

The , arrested as part of a human trafficking and rape investigation, kept six women under ‘house arrest 24/7 like prisoners’, it was alleged last night.
Officials close to the case said Tate asked his employees to shadow his victims’ every move, forcing them to take part in online pornographic videos.
‘The abuse was physical and emotional. They were not allowed to leave the house without security and they were watched day and night,’ a Romanian judicial source told the Mail.
‘They were essentially kept under house arrest 24/7 like prisoners. They were deprived of their freedom and followed everywhere.’

The 36-year-old was arrested with his brother Tristan, 34, alongside their assistants Georgiana Naghel and Luana Radu at their £600,000 villa in the Romanian capital, Bucharest, yesterday morning.

The dawn raid by officers from the city’s anti-organised crime unit was part of a nine-month-long investigation. The search of the property lasted more than 12 hours.

The four were then taken to a police cell in central Bucharest before a court hearing today in which authorities are seeking to keep them in detention for one month.

Eugen Vidineac, the lawyer representing the Tate brothers, said he was unable to reply to the Mail’s request for comment.
Prosecutors allege that Tate recruited the women on social media platforms and lured them to Bucharest by falsely professing his love and intention to marry them.

The tactics are known as the ‘lover boy’ method, which is used by criminals to recruit victims who are suffering from economic hardship by seducing them with gifts and promises of a better life abroad.

The six victims were forced to take part in videos on the adult content platform Only Fans and the video-sharing app TikTok, with the two brothers allegedly pocketing all the proceeds.

‘We have information – based on what they said on social media – that one of the girls brought in up to €50,000 (£44,350) a month,’ the source said. ‘They were given no money from what they earned.’

Romanian investigators began their probe when the US embassy in Bucharest raised the alarm after diplomats discovered that an American woman was being held against her will in the city.

The 22-year-old, who cannot be named for legal reasons, had managed to recover her mobile phone and call her boyfriend in the US who alerted the embassy.

A video of the raid released by police also showed officers recovering guns, knives and money.

Tate also runs the ‘Hustler’s Academy’ where 127,000 mostly men pay him £39 a month for tips on getting rich and dealing with life.

The former kickboxer has previously said he moved to Romania with his brother because they believed they would receive less attention from the police.

Thanks for providing this.

It would be astonishing that a man this high profile could think that he could get away with what he has been charged with here. You'd have to be really delusional to believe you could pull this off.

So either he's a sociopathic predator or these charges are contrived to bring him down. Time will tell. Answer is most likely in the middle I suspect.

Sneako doesn't buy into this though. I have to attest to never having heard of this dude before.

I'm not a fan but one thing I will give the man is he can fight. Punching this one and getting away with it is no easy task.
It sure would be fun though 😜

From the original article in this thread:

“Andrew Tate has previously boasted to his followers that '40 percent' of the reason he moved to Romania was because the police were less likely to pursue any sexual assault allegations against him.”

I don’t think he was delusional. The Tates appear to have been running this operation for some time. It looks like the Tates are part of an organized crime operation that had the local officials paid off. As long as they were exploiting lost, vulnerable women from Eastern Europe the authorities left them alone; but once senior Romanian officials started getting phone calls from the US Embassy it became a high profile issue and the local cops could no longer help them. That’s my guess as to what happened here.

The pizza box story is bullshit. Here's why:

1. They know where Tate lives. He was detained last April at his residence. All they had to do was knock on his door.
2. Even if he had left the country, he flies in his own private jet. Every jet has a call sign which shows where that person is at all times
Just ask Elon Musk: https://techcrunch.com/2022/12/14/e...e4o2zzAQcmTeNee4IUtv4TmguTpnRNpMXNqF1e4nLZAbB
3. Even if the Jerry's pizza story was true (which it isnt), there are 23 Jerry's pizza locations throughout Romania.
There is no way that narrows it down to any particular location.

You've all been fooled by the mainstream media once again

FWIW…I think you are correct about the pizza box story. It turns out to have been bs…but it remains funny nonetheless.

Also…not that it makes any difference at this point, but regarding the private jet, we don’t know that he was travelling by jet or where he might go after his jet lands. If you are a citizen of the EU you can travel from one EU country to another without having to show a passport or any other form of identification:

”If you are an EU national, you do not need to show your national ID card or passport when you are travelling from one border-free Schengen EU country to another.”

It’s one of the things that Righties in Europe are constantly whining about for other reasons but it would be quite easy for Tate to travel throughout Europe without being noticed or identified anywhere.

This is true.
A shakedown by upset ex-girlfriends would be at least a plausible argument.
"I am being targeted by the Powers that Be because what I'm saying is so dangerous" is ludicrous nonsense.

The part about dying might turn out to be true but if Tate does get hit it’s going to be because he has become a problem for his organized crime colleagues…not the Matrix.😂

I don't think Romania is Schengen, though.
Yes…I just looked it up. You are correct.

Would the Romanian authorities be able to keep track of when Tate entered and left the country, then?

I would guess so, but who knows how on the ball about that kind of thing they actually are.

So…when it comes to extraneous, irrelevant details about this story it looks like @Phil C. McNasty is correct not just about the pizza box thing but possibly the private jet thing too? LOL…Phil is on a roll; he should go buy a lottery ticket or bet heavily on tomorrow’s NFL action. 😂

Your hypothesis is plausible. Man that's some audacious sh@t if true though.

His whole ''matrix'' theory is just him prepositioning himself in case of a future arrest.

Makes for an easier spin when it does happen.
