Overt policing and all those things do nothing for bizarre crimes like this. Its an outlier. Nothing extra needs to be done.

1. I wasn't aware that the Guns and Gangs Task Force had been discontinued. And if it has, whether it wasn't just renamed or whether the same tasks and resources weren't simply deployed on a divisional, rather than a force level.

2. Carding is unconstitutional.

3. Prove that school resource officers actually reduce crime.

4. How are homeless people contributing significantly to violent crime? And prove that the city is not clearing them off the streets in any event? TPS cleared Strachan Park of its homeless encampment last summer while I watched and then fortified the park so the encampment didn't re establish.

That's what we need. More caning and judicial beating for minor offences and the death penalty for drug crime.

Singapore is the role model that we should follow.
