In the 21st century, anti-Zionism means anti-Semitism

So you're anti-semitic and C-M is anti-LGBTQ. You make a good couple.

And in case you forgot, it's CANADA's definition of anti-semitism you don't like.
The definition that says so many of your posts are antisemitic tropes?
The IHRA definition won't stand for that long.

The International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance Working Definition of Antisemitism (IHRA-WDA) is designed to silence criticism of Israel and of Zionism by equating this criticism with antisemitism.

Zionists seem to think that god gave Palestine to the Jewish people.
Do you agree?
Or by asking yet another question are you going go another copy and paste slander rant?

What other lands did god give to other peoples?
Are the property deeds listed in the holy land registries?
Did he give the pastafarians a place?
How about Jehova's witnesses, did god give them Salt Lake City?
How about Buddhists, do they get property too?

Do you also think British colonization of Africa was god mandated?

Please let us all know.
Franky as usual refuse to condemn anti Jewish incidents on campuses. Zionism is a secular movement. Not a religious one. Too bad you don’t read

Zionism is a racist, settler colonial movement.
Do you support settler colonialism everywhere, or just in this case?

Constantly repeating anti semitic terrorist propaganda does not make it true.
Calling everything you disagree with 'terrorist' or 'propaganda' doesn't make it so.
I'm still curious why you keep defending a racist, colonial settler movement.
The same way I can't understand why you keep defending apartheid.

Oh, right, because you think Amnesty, HRW, B'tselem, the UN and 25% of US Jews are all pushing 'terrorist propaganda'.
The same way as you accused Bishop Desmond Tutu of something or other.

The NDP and Green party are both now calling for measures against Israeli apartheid.
Do you think they are also 'repeating anti semitic terrorist propaganda'?

Franky you constantly repeating the same propaganda over and over and over and over. I told you multiple times Israel has arab political parties, have anti racist laws, have sharia courts for Muslims in Israel. There is no apartheid in Israel that's my answer. There are 25000 black Americans residing in Israel, Druze and Arabs are exempt from conscription in the Israeli military. This is my last answer to you. You won't read this that's not my problem. You cannot ask for debates when you won't read the responses and constantly post anti Israel propaganda.

You've made the same claims repeatedly and each time I've told you they have nothing to do with proving or disproving apartheid.
Israel has Arab parties but only within the green line, the rest of the occupied territories are controlled by Israel, with military law for Palestinians and Israeli civilian law for 'settler colonialists'. That's apartheid.
Sharia courts inside the green line has nothing to do with military courts vs civilian courts in the occupied territories.
Black American presence has nothing to do with Israeli treatment of Palestinians and 'Israeli Arabs', that is where the apartheid lies.

Your answers are irrelevant to the claims of apartheid.
Read the reports and try to understand the subject.
Until then, you're pushing Israeli propaganda.

The Israel Defense Forces on Wednesday released photos showing what it said were rocket launch sites that Palestinian terror groups have positioned next to several schools in the Hamas-ruled Gaza Strip.

The IDF released statements in English and Arabic that included satellite photos of three schools in Gaza City, outside which it said rocket launchers have been set up.

“Over 1,000 innocent students attend these schools that Hamas uses for terrorist activities. Hamas purposefully puts civilians and pupils in danger by using them as human shields,” the IDF said.

The military identified two of the launch sites as belonging to Hamas — including one outside a school used as a shelter by the UN agency for Palestinian refugees during emergencies. It attributed a third site to unspecified terrorists.

According to the IDF, the principal of the school used as a shelter by UNRWA was in contact with a Hamas rocket operative ahead of the war in Gaza last May.

“The cynical exploitation of schools proves once again that the terrorist organization consciously chooses to endanger Gazan civilians and use them as ‘human shields’ to benefit their terrorist agenda,” the IDF said in reference to Hamas.

The military did not specify when the satellite photos were taken

The release of the photos came weeks after UNRWA revealed that it had found a “man-made cavity” underneath a school in Gaza, calling it a violation of international law and a threat to children and staff.

UNRWA did not respond to a request for further information at the time and it wasn’t clear whether the excavation was a tunnel linked to other underground passages or if there were weapons stored inside.

Hamas has dug an extensive network of tunnels under Gaza, which are used to move the Islamist terror group’s forces or store weapons, including rockets and launchers.

Israel has long charged Hamas with hiding weapons and infrastructure in tunnels around schools, hospitals and residential buildings, and tunnels and weapons have been found at UNRWA schools in the past.

In July, the IDF accused Hamas of building up military infrastructure in civilian areas and adjacent to schools, mosques and businesses, in an apparent bid to pre-emptively justify collateral damage from any future strikes in the densely populated enclave.

I can't believe you a) think you speak for Palestinians .
...
What a stupid thing to say when faced with Palestinian opinion that rejects your elitist attempt to play god.

Are you going to acknowledge that Palestinian polling shows a rejection of peace and an endorsement of violence?

BTW. The executive summary of PCPSR's latest poll is out and 79% of Palestinians favour more armed groups lie Lion's Den and 87% say the PA has no right to arrest them for their actions. But you don't want to even hint that there are some serious problems in the Palestinian political world because you can't blame Israel for it.

What Canada thinks of your claims that Israel's existence is racist. Statements like yours show that your goal is not equal rights but simply an attack on the presence of Jews in the region.

Not like you would ever post information directly from Hamas' ministry of Health.

BTW. Your Dictator council appointment has been exposed as anti-semitic and a supporter of war crimes (no surprise)

“America and Europe, one of them subjugated by the Jewish lobby, and the other by the sense of guilt about the Holocaust, remain on the sidelines and continue to condemn the oppressed — the Palestinians — who defend themselves with the only means they have (deranged missiles), instead of making Israel face its international law responsibilities,”

And you wonder why that committee's claims get summarily dismissed.

You are the one that keeps bringing up the IHRA definition.
But yes, I agree, its dumb.
Its an attempt to brand criticism state policy of Israel as antisemitic.
That's dumb.

What a stupid thing to say when faced with Palestinian opinion that rejects your elitist attempt to play god.

I agree that only 32% of Palestinians back the two state solution you think is still possible.
69% of Palestinians also think the two state plan you back is no longer practical.

The polls also show that they hate Abbas and the PA almost as much as they hate Israeli leadership.
So its not surprising that given since there have been no peace talks for a decade and Israel continues to steal land use settler colonialism to try to claim Palestine that they are now supporting violence.
79% support the Lion's Den, an armed resistance to an illegal occupation that is stealing their land and ruling through apartheid.

That is what following your plan has done.

  • Denying the Jewish people their right to self-determination, e.g., by claiming that the existence of a State of Israel is a racist endeavor.
What Canada thinks of your claims that Israel's existence is racist. Statements like yours show that your goal is not equal rights but simply an attack on the presence of Jews in the region.
I'm saying zionism is a racist endeavour.
Now you're back to pushing that antisemitic trope by claiming that Israel is a zionist country.
You used to claim its a democracy but here you are saying its a racist, settler colonial state.
How times change.

Which is it basketcase?
Is Israel a racist, settler colonial zionist state or is it a democracy?

So you think a ministry of health is the same as an army?

By the way, your claims that Palestinian human rights organizations are 'terrorist' are about as moral as your posting IDF press releases.
Joint Statement: Over 150 Organizations Demand International Community Stand Against Raids and Closures of 7 Palestinian Organizations

Why do you keep defending racist colonialism?
Why do you keep defending apartheid?

Ten Reasons Why Anti-Zionists Are Antisemites

by Jarrod Tanny
The Zionist is the new “marrano.”

(JNS) (1) Before 1948, anti-Zionists rejected an independent Jewish state as the best approach to solving the Jewish question, but they nevertheless understood that Zionism was a movement for Jewish national self-determination. Since 1948, anti-Zionists have grossly mischaracterized Zionism, branding it as an example of European imperialism; supremacist, racist and genocidal by definition; and necessarily linked to oppression worldwide.

(2) Before 1948, Jews were not subjected to litmus tests over their views on Zionism. Since 1948, they have been, first in the Soviet Union, then in most of the Arab world and now among the illiberal academic and activist left. The Jews today must either hide their Zionism or publicly renounce Israel. Otherwise, Jews will be shamed and excluded from numerous public spaces. The Zionist is the new marrano.

(3) Much as white supremacists insist that Jews are exercising power from the shadows to replace white people with minorities, the intersectionalist left insists that Zionists work from the shadows to keep white supremacists in power and minorities oppressed. In both instances, Jews are charged with perniciously exerting control through proxies. This is the Protocols of the Elders of Zion.

(4) Anti-Zionism today is premised on traditional fears of Jewish power and dual loyalty, antisemitic tropes that emerged during the Enlightenment and culminated in the Holocaust and Stalin’s campaign against “rootless cosmopolitans.”

(5) The imagery and rhetoric deployed by anti-Zionists is virtually identical to those used by traditional antisemites. It is no accident that “Jewish supremacy” is now a term favored by anti-Zionists.

(6) BDS entails boycotting 50% of the world’s Jews, which means discrimination against a collective of millions of individuals simply because of where they happen to have been born and their ethno-national lineage. This is racism.

(7) The Jews are the only nation whose self-determination is being denied and negated decades after self-determination was achieved and long after the UN recognized Israel’s independence. No other nation has to justify its right to exist as a state on a daily basis.

(8) The Jewish people are the only ethno-national community that boasts a significant number of activist members who are working to undo the community’s right to self-determination. They do so because non-Jewish activists have vilified Zionism as imperialist, racist and genocidal. Thus, non-Jews continue their millennia-old tradition of claiming the right to define what is acceptable and what is unacceptable Jewish behavior. Jewish “social justice” advocates have accepted this, even though they have granted every other minority the right to define its own oppression and shape its own destiny.

(9) Most countries in the world do reprehensible things from time to time. But the anti-Zionist left believes the Jewish state is uniquely reprehensible. This is a double standard and double standards constitute bigotry.

(10) The preceding nine points indicate that the world continues to see the Jew as a pariah, which has been the norm in Western Christendom for over 1,500 years, even though the ostensible reasons have changed. The “othering” of the Jews predates the demonization of any other minority community and is a global phenomenon. Much as Christianity defined itself in opposition to the Christ-killing Jew, much as Nazism defined itself in opposition to the degenerate conspiratorial Jewish race, the social justice left portrays Zionism as a transnational ideology that impedes the realization of a just world. Thus, the Jewish state and its supporters preclude the liberation of humanity.

Yes, these ten examples lack nuance. This is precisely the point, because like all antisemites, anti-Zionists reject nuance through double standards, stereotypes and demonization. Searching for nuance among racists legitimizes racism.

I know you won't listen to Palestinians views, because of your settler colonial racism.
I also know you think Amnesty and other human rights organizations are 'terrorist propaganda' or something or other.

You won't even listen to moderate Jews, like Jewish Voices for Peace.

So you back settler colonialism, I'm curious if this is only for the Jewish people or do you also back settler colonialism in:
Jamaica
Kenya
South Africa
Zimbabwe
New Zealand
Canary Islands
Cuba
Caribbean countries

Do you also think racist settler colonialism was great in those countries?
Why only in Palestine, if that's the case?

Following is a brief timeline detailing peace proposals rejected by the Palestinians:

– 1947 UN Partition Plan: At the time when Great Britain governed the territory now fought over by Israel and Palestinians, the UN General Assembly proposed the establishment of two states, Jewish and Arab. This offer was accepted by the Jews and quickly rejected by the Palestinians.

– 1993-1994 Oslo Accords – The Oslo Accords represent the start of what was supposed to be a “peace process” for Israel and the Palestinians. Israel agreed to recognize the Palestinian Authority’s right to interim self-governance in Gaza and the West Bank in return for the Palestinians’ recognition of Israel’s sovereignty.

Soon after the “peace process” was established, Palestinians began attacking Israel with suicide bombers.

2000 Israel Offers Follow-up Peace Deal – Israel offered the Palestinians another opportunity to end the conflict, but the offer was rejected outright. Instead of proposing an alternate peace deal, former Palestinian leader Yasser Arafat initiated terror attacks on Israel that led to the death of 1,184 Israelis, according to reports.

– 2005 Israelis evacuate Gaza Strip and West Bank –Israel ordered the evacuation of all Israeli settlements within Gaza and the West Bank, essentially giving this land to the Palestinians in an attempt to establish peace. The Palestinians did not accept this gesture of goodwill and instead allowed Hamas to take over the Gaza Strip and continued issuing terror attacks on Israel.

– 2008 peace proposal – Israel offered the PA another peace deal that was rapidly rejected by the PA’s new president Mahmoud Abbas. Reportedly, the Palestinians were not satisfied with the land boundaries proposed in the deal, as they did not allow the Palestinians control over Jerusalem’s holy sites.

– 2009 Israel Offers Support for Palestinian State – Israel offered conditional support for a demilitarized Palestinian state, which the Palestinians quickly rejected.

– 2020 Trump Peace Plan (Deal of the Century) – Palestinians quickly rejected a peace plan formulated by former President Donald Trump and supported by Israel’s Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. The plan’s title was “Peace to Prosperity: A Vision to Improve the Lives of the Palestinian and Israeli People,” and focused on economic incentives to quickly and drastically repair the Palestinian economy. The Palestinians refused the deal prior to seeing it.
