Five players who were the number one overall pick in a Major League Baseball June Draft have been property of the Toronto Blue Jays, but only two actually played for the team in a regular season ML game. Name as many as you can. (I missed Bryan Bullington).

Roberts was property of the Blue Jays from October 22, 1976 to February 16, 1977, moving from and back to the San Diego Padres. As far as I know, the only time he was in a Blue Jays uniform was on his 1977 Topps baseball card.

I researched the Chet Lemon part as I wanted to see how bad a 1-1 pick Roberts was. I'm currently in a 1979 retro draft and saw Dave Roberts on the free agent list and that triggered me. He's a good utility guy vs. LHP in 1979.
Sounds good. There are certain players in the trivia threads who look for the answer online before posting, which is dishonourable. What you did shouldn't be encouraged, but it's not an infraction, in my opinion.
I saw four Expos games at The Big Owe in 1979, and David Palmer won three of them.

August 17th and 28th were two of them, both walk-offs where the score was tied in the bottom of the 9th, bases loaded, two outs and 3-2 count. One ended with a walk, and the other with a hit by pitch. I miss the days when you could sit in the upper deck at a ball game with no one within ten rows of you and get baked during the game.

Your post generally still stands but there have been a few tweaks in recent years due to a new class of about 15 total competitive balance draft picks awarded to poorer teams that can be traded before the draft
Also recently drafted players can now get traded as players to be named later although the condition can not get settled until a year after he was signed. This was not permitted until fairly recently .. although I stand to be corrected on this last point. i

This, too has changed. I'll use the example of Jarred Kelenic.
He was drafted by the Mets on June 4, 2018, and signed with them on June 15, (Round 1, 6th pick). He was part of a trade to the Mariners, involving Edwin Diaz and Robinson Cano on December 3, 2018.
Kelenic was a top ten Major League prospect at the time of the trade, but in the Majors, he's been impersonating Chris Davis at the plate:
