Tough one for sure. changed my strategy after guess 2 using my two fav starters and tried words with letters I knew weren't in it to try and find letters that were in it. finally got all 5 letters but took awhile to figure out what the word was using them.

Haha me too. Lucky I had 4 of the 5 letters. It was process of elimination. I had never heard of that word before. Why do I have an asterisk by my 4/6 result?

The asterisk means your settings have you playing in "Hard Mode".

The asterisk means your settings have you playing in "Hard Mode".

I didn't know what hard mode was so I looked it up. It means you cannot do what downbound does quite often which is guess a new word without using a letter that you have previously uncovered.
