Oh I doubt they will remove it too. It's an unrealistic proposition for them to do so. But when they make such an unrealistic promise to me, along with the refund promise...that's not how you build trust.

I'd assume with the various add-ons and "bundle" option, there was some confusion because of language barrier.

They had a similar approach to rates/services with Nana, which is interesting. Lower the base rate but made 2SOG extra. I kind of prefer this myself, because 45 minutes is perfect. I tend to take 20-30 minutes for me to finish.
